ROAD SAFETY WEEK: Road Safety Week is a 7-day initiative aimed at schools, organisations, and other institutions to educate children about the dangers on roads.
During the week, children, young people, and parents are taught how to be safer when using roads, using a range of different resources such as fact sheets, safety posters, films, or assemblies with local emergency services.

EXCURSION: Heading to the park, our Kinders put to use the Road Safety rules we learned from our incursion during Road Safety Week.
We stop at every road, and used our "stop, look, listen, think" skills before crossing roads.
At the park, children explored nature, enjoyed their time with their peers, practiced their gross motor skills and of course, had a snack.
